SHIPPING

We don’t like spending our hard earned money on expensive shipping fees so we’re not going to make you do that either.

We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $65 AUD and free shipping on all NZ orders over $150 AUD.

Please see the table below for accurate shipping rates. Please note all prices are in AUD.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We know you’re probably eager to get your garments so we will do our best to get your order ready and shipped within a 24 hour period. Please note all orders placed on public holidays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

QUAILITY

If there is one thing we value above all else here, it’s quality. Every product you order will be thoroughly checked to ensure it is of the highest quality before we ship it to you. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, send an email to info@sacred-archive.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Some international orders may be subject to local charges from your country. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer refunds or credits on all orders within Australia* but we encourage you to check our size guide in the product description before placing an order. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer refunds or credits for international orders. All orders from outside Australia are final.

You have 10 days from receiving your order to arrange a refund or credit. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your returned item.

Please send an email to info@sacred-archive.com with your order number to arrange an exchange or credit.

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, processing fees of at least 50% apply.

*All items that have been marked down on sale are final and can not be returned.
